X1/9 Build.

[Tarmac Racer]

Hi,

I`m just about to start stripping down my X1/9 to build up a tarmac rally car. Does anybody have any drawing of the engine mounts that i`ll need when i fit the twin cam engine. I see from the forum that a Lancia gearbox will mate to the engine, again has anyboby done this? Did you use the Lancia driveshafts or do you have to get ones made. Did you have to make an adaptor plate or can you buy them, was there much work involved in the gear shift linkage.

Any information would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,

Martin.
