seems that this book is becoming very hard to find, even in amazon.com. if anyone knows where I could buy it, or wants to sell his, I`m interested.

Still looking for. Contacted Guy, he said he`s sold out too.
I found one copy in"Marion Meyer Rare books" the price is 350$ :shock:

I have one I can sell you. The book is used but like new with only a few finger marks  on the top and bottom white. If interested $150 USD plus shipping from Canada
