Title: replacing upper arm bushes

Hello,

I wanted to replace the bushes/silent blocks into the upper arm from the front suspension.

Only I can't get them in:S What is the right way to do it?

I measered them up. The bushes are 29mm, while the hole in the arm is 28mm:S
