Title: SERACHING FOR ENGINE AND CHASSIS TUNING EXPERTS

I have a superb example of 1976 Fiat 131 1600 cc and I want to totally
turn it to the best running 131 on the road.

I would like to hear from those who have experience and can provide expertise in upgrading, Restoration and chassis tuning of this particular model.
