You just replace front steering knukles with knukles from Fiat 850 special. That way you have disk brakes at front.
In the rear you need to make adaptor plates to install Fiat 124 or Fiat UNO turborear disk brakes.

I have the same problem. It seems to be impossible to find a 850 with disc brake. So the idea I have, is to convert a drum brake into a disc brake support  (with a turning machine) to a diameter of 11.7. Then make a supprort for the disc brake cylinder. But there is one doubt I have:  Would  this converted drum brake be strong enough? (I would not like to kill me with this construction...)

Finding an 850 with disc brakes shouldn't be that hard.  They were used on spiders and coupes.  You want the later style though.

Someone on e-bay in Germany has been selling the adapter plates (for rear Fiat 124 calipers) for months.  I can't remember his user name, but it looked like he made a bunch of them to sell.  I bought a pair from him.  You can make e-brake cables work on the rear too with a bit of effort.

Hi.  You need to remove the front 600 steering knuckels, and install the ones for an 850 coupe or spider., onto the 600 kingpin housings.  You should replace your kingpins at this stage too, along with the bushings and grease nipples.  Use the late style Fiat 850 front calipers for the front along with the 850 hoses, 850 locking plates and ohter related hardware..  You might as well check the steering box, linkage and ball joints while you have things apart.  You definitely need 13" wheels with the 850 brakes.  It looks like all the necessary parts on that website.  Dodn't forget, you can install Fiat 124 calipers on the rear, but this involves a bit more work.

Hot item changing the original brakes into disks....I also notice that Fiat Uno 1.4 Turbo brakes can be installed; you only have to make an adaptor to fit them. 200 Euro's front AND rear...can anyone tell me if that is acceptable? (do I need the headbrakecilinder)
