I have this now in stock in remake for 850 euro rpm meter is eletronic and 7000 rpm

If you want to start with just buying a housing, try "turbo1sport" on ebay in Italy.  I bought an aluminum housing from him recently for 108 Euro.  Then I found a tach. converted to electronic.  I just need to find the 2 smaller gauges now.
