Hello everybody!
I bought this valvecover some days ago thinking it was of a Series 1 Autobianchi Abarth (should have looked at the picture somewhat better...). Now someone told me it could be of a 1000tc, but the 1000tc have slightly slanted "oilfillers" as far as I know, but this one is straight.
Can anybody tell me from which car this is?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Gerald,
This looks like a valvecover built for rear-engined cars, like the 1000TC. A112 Abarths have the oil-filler cap on the other end of the valve cover.
When fitting an A112 engine in the back of Fiat 600, you will notice that it is quite hard to reach the oil filler cap (because it is very near the firewall/rear bench). That's why lots of people with Abarth 850TC/1000TC's have normal (pressed steel) valve covers from Fiat 600's or 850's fitted. But some parts dealers also offer modified Autobianchi covers with the oil filler repositioned or completely newly moulded valve covers.
Could this one be from.........Berni Motori?
great for a 1000TC!
I hope this helps, Alex
hallo Alex and co,this cover where also to find on the first 58 HP and also in Abarth cataloge
i have one just like that, i don't know where it is from, but not all the front egined cars have the filler like that, the 127 has exactly on the same side has the one on the pictures, you almost have to unplug the plug wires to fill it up with oil
the same the use for the 127 Abarth form Spain and was inAbarth catologe for this cars
so that is where mine is from to :)
