When group 4 cars run 4 spotlights, small round clear sidelights are used as well as small round indicators on the wings, what cars do these come from?

small indicators like on fiat 500 (orange) and  aftermarket carello round white light(expencief and difficult to find  like  first srie 500 and some italian cars
